Kollel Torah MiTzion was set up through the initiative of several local rabbinic and lay leaders
who felt the need to deepen the commitment to Torah study within the religious Zionist
community. The Kollel is a religious Zionist institution whose members combined their Torah
study with military duty in the Israeli Defense Forces. It's academic program is one which places
